Full time Republicans Lisa Murkowski and Bill Cassidy are unknown unknowns, so if they both come back "No", we're in the clear. Tillis , Cornyn and John Curtis (R, UT) all voiced Collinsesque "Concerns", but seem to have been placated by Blanche's performative pinky sears to not do any such funding and to narrow the scope of the IRS provisions -- whatever the fuck that means. This is in diametric opposition to the Prime TFN Directive of not voting based on promises to future Do Something. Either we have the agreement, or we do not and in this case -- or a large part of it at least -- we do not. But I don't suppose we can expect much better from the likes of Tillis whose objections have the weight of a wet Kleenex.
