I rarely have notes, but as a Virginian, I’m upset that your readers might walk away with the idea that Virginia’s state motto honors John Wilkes Booth. Bless your heart, honey, but no. Virginia chose its kickass motto, “sic semper tyrannis,” in 1776! Definitely a “No Kings” message! I also invite you to check out our sick state seal, featured on the Virginia flag. Highlights: partial nudity, a dead king, and some nice flowers. Scroll down to the very bottom of this page for a brief description of the state seal: https://www.virginia.org/plan-your-trip/about-virginia/state-symbols-seals-and-emblems/

The Post had a breathless article about a Jewish fire chief that quit the morning after the election, presumably as a protest. It didn't take much checking to find out he had essentially bought the position, was not qualified to hold it and probably knew the new administration wouldn't be taking bribes.

Given that I worked 16 hours at a poll site yesterday, I hope I can be forgiven for not getting to my daily audience with the Fuqmeister until today, but I do have 1 slight issue to take with you, not that Barack Obama needs unnecessary praise heaped upon him, but his savvy political machinations WERE in fact at work; while NOT overtly endorsing Mamdani, made sure to have his "call me anytime" note to Zohran appear in the New York Times for all to see. Political calculus? Sure. Decent?? Effective? I'd say so.

I rarely disagree with TFN, but I live in Virginia, and Spanberger did exactly what she needed to do to win IN VIRGINIA. And she brought the LTG, AG, and the state house with her. I have no problem with Mamdani, and I am sure most other Democrats in this state have no problem with him, but sometimes you do what you gotta do! Just so relieved this morning to wake up in a blue state!

Spanberger's comments really show how disconnected party leadership is from actual voters. When you've got Hasidic leaders endorsing Mamdani and polling showing Democrats overwhelmingly favor democratic socialist policies, maybe the problem isn't Mamdani. The fact that he's winnng without party support should be a wake up call, not a reason to attack him.

It's worth noting that Hasidic Jews are anti-zionist.

Even in Israel, where they get "religious welfare" (getting payed by the government to not work because they "study" the Talmud/Gmarah and not the Torah), they are against the existence of the state of Israel.

*Man, now I’m hungry for a sandwich… and justice!*

Funnily enough, today is my cheat day, and I just made myself a hot salami sammidge, frying the salami in my cast iron skillet and melting sharp cheddar atop it (w/a slice of tomato, dill pickle and banana peppers nestled under the cheese) then toasting a seasoned onion roll in the leftover salami juices in the same pan, w/mayo, Rush mustard (from the band Rush, yes, really), sriracha and cracked black pepper. A li’l shredded lettuce and red onion and voilà! It was absolutely delicious!!

No matter how horrible a human [sic] being [now has been] someone was in life, I never, ever rejoice or feel happy about his/her passing (🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞).

Rest in pe…HAHAHAAA, couldn’t even finish it! If I believed in Hell, I’d be pretty stoked right now. Glad he’s gone. His fucked up legacy still lives and breathes, though.

*But that insult only works because Democrats validated the idea of Mamdani’s extremism. Hey, former CIA case officer, protect your left flank.*

It’s shit like this that scares the hell out of me, re: hope for our future. Is it possible that Dems can be so fucking stupid, attacking their own, as opposed to seizing a golden opportunity to embrace the future (and great messaging and the proper direction for the party), uniting against a common enemy? Obviously yes, they can be and are that fucking stupid. Drinking from the same dark money trough, backing only gerontocracy and bullshit. Man, I hope Mamdani wins in a landslide.

Dealing With The DNC Rot From Within

The popularity of the Democratic party is at an all time low with voters

New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani is teaching the Democratic party if they are willing to listen The electorate as measured by the number of protesters and those who support these protests is significant and the electorate is angry where the current Nazi regime is taking the country But it seems that the DNC is unwilling to rock to the boat and piss off big money donors so the status quo remains

But there is another element in the DNC rot There are long term influencers who are “hanging around” who still insist that policy should be the same For example the Jewish old guard like Simon Rosenberg(Hopium Chronicles on Substack)representing the AJPM(American Jewish Propaganda Machine) continue to support the Gaza genocide Mamdami has shown he can appeal to the NY Jewish population and still be opposed to the genocide and Israeli war criminals

The DNC needs a bold new aggressive agenda to win over the electorate Immediate SCOTUS reform, renewal of voting rights eroded by SCOTUS, support for women’s reproductive rights, ending Citizens United and big money in politics, taxation of fat cat billionaires and corporations, and demand a return to a gold standard All done with an angry attitude of taking no prisoners and no reaching across the aisle Time for an all out political cleansing of the Nazi regime

van Hollen then Hochul It will take time but the DNC has to get over their problem of socialism phobia How the Nazis portray socialism is their cudgel to spout and propagandize authoritarianism The DNC needs to proudly endorse the label of socialism because if socialism is human kindness and decency, then give me a lot of it Socialism is actually a policy against greed and power WE the People should be all for socialism

I’m so disappointed in Obama. Once, a long time ago, I assumed he had the same vision of America that Momdani has. I guess I was wrong.
