Love starting the day with TFN; makes the day bearable.

It’s creepy weird to me that people, journalists, airline companies (?!), pilots, don’t appear to be all that worried about the fact that our airplanes are crashing. I’d even settle for…miffed? Peeved?

Outside of the helicopter/plane disaster in Washington, reporting has been nothing other than a four or five paragraph basic summary of β€œplane crashed” .

And, I just read that there is, or was, a fire in an industrial complex (whatever that means) that makes bolts or screws or other smaller pieces for the aviation industry. It’s in Pennsylvania.

Maybe the crashes, non-flight incidents on the involving planes, and a blaze in an airplane parts manufacturing building are coincidental; that’s probably the most likely explanation.

Maybe it’s all Trump’s fault; while I’d love absolute proof of that, he’d slither right out from under any accountability.

What about sabotage?

I can’t remember if I asked TFN gang about this previously, but to your knowledge have journalists or any media organization reported on the possibility of foreign interference (Russia) with aircraft?

I ask because, before Biden left office, there might have been a plot afoot (Putin) to experiment with things that go boom on airplanes in U.S. airspace.

I’m so sure that’s not true. The worst tragedy was the first, which killed Russians. And they didn’t even make an international fuss about it, acknowledging it was an accident.

Bring me more news so goddam early! (Also, those who can really should subscribe. That little blue checkmark is way more satisfying than Twitter's)

That's two votes for early...

The MSM campaign to convince everyone that they (they MSM) know nothing -- nothing -- about how airplanes fly or controllers control, with the flip job in Toronto on Monday. "We just wing it," an MSM spokeshead said. "This helps us wing it to avoid even a second of dead air time."

I for one really enjoy (news) fucking early in the morning.

I always check for new posts. I laugh through my rage. TFN really helps.

I hear that it's pronounced like "douche."

I prefer "doggie".

Originally because I heard it in a British accent, and now because it reminds me that all the pups in that pack need to end up in the pound.

A tour de force today, but then there is so much material to work with!

Oh for EFF sake! The Clown Show has morphed into a communicable disease.

Thank you for reporting the news of reality, the MSM won’t.

And Musk needs to be stripped of his citizenship, impound his money and send him back to S.Africa after his prison term.

Rebel Nun's avatar

South Africa doesn’t deserve that. Send him to Mars like he wants.

You are a very necessary read for my mental state these days, thank you.
