I am afraid. The budget bills all have many anti-trans riders to erode the rights of trans people in all areas of life, which are not getting reported on very much, and the Republicans are not budging on those. House and Senate Democrats have already shown that they view the civil righrs of trans people as expendable when it comes to voting on "must-pass" legislation. I'm worried that, in order to avoid a shutdown, Schumer and Jeffries will start bargaining away the rights of some of their fellow Americans. If they do, it will not stop with only trans people.

It’s worth mentioning that the Portland police have said under oath in court that ICE agents are the ones creating conflict during otherwise peaceful protests at the (singular) Portland ICE facility.
This attack is partially due to Faux News running old footage and confusing the Orange Menace, but is also retaliation for the city of Portland going after ICE for violating the terms of their land use agreement, and therefore being subject to losing the facility.
