If people were actually being represented in all levels of GOV we wouldn't need to protest at all. Voters have been losing representation for more than 3 decades and asshats like Cotton are blaming the protesters to purposely distract from their lack of action for their voters. IMO its because the donor money and lobbyist perks are more important than the people who put these morons in office.
