As horrible as all the Trump nominees, why are their personality and ideologic faults the main focus of the outcry? Looking at who just got elected as president, clearly these are not deal breakers. Will the senate hearings cover their dire lack of experience and highlight how much they don't know about the scope of the jobs? (Of course this is obviously not a deal breaker either.) If the hearings are job interviews, then qualifications should be covered, as these would be a solid basis for not confirming (Pete's a great guy, just doesn't have enough experience). They wouldn't have to posture over the ideological leanings that would eliminate anyone from serious consideration in a sane proceeding. Maybe this is being talked about, but not as fun for the MSM to cover, so we don't hear about it.
