I was discussing this on TYT Discord yesterday & one of the things that concerned all of us is that if it get kicked down to a lower court there is a good chance the judge is one of the over 200 pushed through by Mitch McTurtle during the the first year or so of Drumpfs Amin. Even worse is that if he gets granted immunity from all of his crimes doesn't it give validity to using Affluenza as a viable defense?
For the actual case that they’re supposed to be looking at, the lower court it will get kicked down to is the same one the trial already exists in - Judge Chucken’s. She owns the case and it will remand back to her whatever the outcome at SCOTUS.
Thanks for clarifying that for me. I wasn't sure how that worked. Still fecked up IMO. Something needs to be done about SCOTUS running amuck. Justice without ethics or accountability is no justice at all!
The Court needs to be expanded to one Justice per federal circuit. That would bring it up to 12. And maybe for funsies, make it a lucky 13 to keep the odd number thing going.

Doesn't an expansion have to be approved by congress? Considering how corrupt both bodies are I doubt they would approve even 1 new seat.
Yes it would need to go through Congress , but small fantasies keep the dream alive.
